How the calculation works
Choose how the customer pays the invoice. International invoicing adds 1.5% to the invoice amount, outside the ACH cap. The optional $14.99 monthly Invoice Subscription is excluded.
Payout = item price + seller-collected shipping − fees. Profit = payout − item cost − shipping cost. Reverse mode finds the lowest listing price that reaches your selected payout or profit.
Estimates exclude unlisted charges. Reverse prices round up to the smallest currency unit that meets your target.

Frequently asked questions
Which payment methods share the Checkout rate?
PayPal Checkout, Pay with Venmo and Guest Checkout use 3.49% + $0.49. Standard credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and other wallets use the separate card rate shown below.
How does the ACH cap work?
Pay by Bank is 1% capped at $10.00, with no fixed fee. Reverse mode handles the capped branch as well as the percentage branch.
Does Pay Later have a different fee?
PayPal Pay Later uses 4.99% + $0.49.
Can I work backwards from what I want to receive?
Yes. Select reverse mode and enter your target payout. The calculator finds the lowest price in cents that reaches it under the selected fee rules. Platform rounding may differ.
