How the calculation works
Mercari’s assumed seller fee applies to item price plus buyer-paid shipping. Poshmark’s modeled fee applies to item price only. Add seller-funded label costs or discounts to shipping cost to compare estimated profit fairly.
Payout = item price + seller-collected shipping − fees. Profit = payout − item cost − shipping cost. Reverse mode finds the lowest listing price that reaches your selected payout or profit.
